Hi, I’m Aaron Herod, Founder & CEO of IN AWH Events — a creative event agency where connection, clarity, and bold ideas come together to create unforgettable experiences.
With 5+ years of experience producing events for organizations like KWFamous and the City of Kitchener, I bring a deep understanding of both the creative and operational sides of event production.
Throughout my career, I’ve led everything from large-scale festivals with 5,000+ attendees to intimate brand activations, nonprofit events and high-energy social events. I’ve worked alongside municipalities, community leaders, and corporate sponsors — and I know how to manage expectations, deliver on objectives, and create moments that make an impact.
